Cheesorizo® Veggie Burger Patties

The best veggie burger ever! Firm, juicy, delicious and gluten-free!


2 chubs Cheesorizo - any flavor

2 whole eggs

3/4 cup cooked quinoa or rice

1/8 tsp liquid smoke (optional)

1/8 tsp salt (optional)

1 1/2 TB rice flour


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

Chill for one hour

Form patties about 3/8 inch thick by hand or using a lightly oiled burger press

Place on parchment paper and bake at 270 F for 30 minutes or until firm

Cool on a rack

Grill, saute, or BBQ when ready to eat

Patties freeze well
