Italian Cheesorizo® “Meat”Balls

Satisfying, hearty Cheesorizo® "Meat" Balls and Marinara
Vegetarian, Gluten Free if GF pasta is used.


6 oz chub Italian Cheesorizo®

1 small egg or equivalent egg replacer

1/4 cup cooked brown rice

2 TB olive oil


Preheat oven to 300 F

Lightly grease a cookie sheet

Crumble Cheesorizo® into bowl

Stir in egg until well mixed

Add rice and blend well

Add olive oil and blend well

Form into balls about 1-1.5 inches across

Place on greased cookie sheet and into oven

Bake at 300 F for 35-45 minutes until lightly browned and firm

Use with your favorite marinara and pasta and enjoy!
