Sage Cheesorizo® and Quinoa Breakfast Patties

Quickly whip up these delicious Maple Sage Cheesorizo® breakfast patties and just see if anyone misses the meat!
Vegetarian, Gluten Free


6oz package Sage Cheesorizo®

1 small egg or equivalent egg replacer

1/4 cup cooked quinoa (you can substitute 1/4 cup cooked rice or 1/8 cup dry breadcrumbs)

2 TB butter or oil


Crumble Sage Cheesorizo® into a bowl

Stir in egg or egg re placer and mix well

Stir in quinoa and mix well

Form into small, compact patties about 1/4 inch thick and 2 inches wide

Heat oil in cast iron or non-stick pan over medium high heat

Brown patties on each side for about 4 minutes, or until dark brown and crispy
